Fabrication Services
Only when a design is completed, will we then begin the fabrication process, making use of our sophisticated fabrication techniques and machines.
Water Jet Cutting
Our Water Jet machine can cut on single head or on twin head. The advantage of twin head cutting is the machine can simultaneously produce the same parts and, as a result of this, the cutting time is reduced, which in turn reduces overall costs for our clients.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma Cutting is an economical & cost effective way to produce profiles. Our Plasma Machine has the ability to cut mild steel materials up to a thickness of 40mm in high definition, or 180mm in gas head. The bed size of our machine is 5m x 3m.
